No referral is needed! California allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can schedule your evaluation directly with us. We’ll work with your insurance if you have coverage, but you’re welcome to start treatment right away.
Your first visit is a comprehensive 75-minute evaluation where we identify the root cause of your hip pain and begin treatment. Follow-up sessions are full one-hour appointments, one-on-one with your Doctor of Physical Therapy. The number of sessions varies based on your specific condition and goals, but we’ll create a clear treatment timeline during your first visit.

Every session is a full hour of personalized attention from the same Doctor of Physical Therapy—no assistants, no rushed 15-minute appointments.
