You’re frustrated because persistent neck pain constantly prevents you from leading an active lifestyle.
Your neck pain has been slowing you down for months or even years. You’ve tried everything, but nothing seems to address the root cause of your discomfort.
Traditional doctors tell you to rest, ice, or quit the activities that define you—running, golfing, lifting—but that’s just not an option for you.
You’re given cookie-cutter exercises with minimal explanation, rushed appointments, and no real personalized plan to get you back to peak performance.
The Movement Schopp was established to create a space for everyday athletes to recover from neck pain and movement-based problems without being told to rest or stop working out altogether. We get you out of pain AND improve your performance along the way.
Your first visit is 75 minutes long. We’ll take you through a comprehensive biomechanical assessment to identify the true root cause of your neck pain—not just treat symptoms.
We’ll develop a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to you and your goals. You’ll get app access for at-home exercises and clear milestones for your recovery journey.
Weekly 60-minute one-on-one sessions with your Doctor of Physical Therapy. Typically 8-12 sessions over 3 months gets you pain-free and back to peak performance.
Whether your neck pain stems from an acute injury, chronic condition, or movement dysfunction, our Doctors of Physical Therapy have the expertise to help you recover and thrive.

“Within two weeks, the pain that had plagued me for years was gone.” As a lifelong runner in my late 50s, I endured sacroiliac joint pain for years. Dr. Andrew works with you one on one for the entire one hour session, providing focused individual care. After four months of therapy, not only was I running pain free, but I also shaved a remarkable 34 minutes off my marathon time.

“My pain is gone and my shoulder strength and mobility significantly increased.” I had an excellent experience working with Tori, at Movement Schopp, for a shoulder muscle impingement. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain each exercise and the purpose behind it. Thanks to their guidance, my pain is gone. The whole staff was supportive and great to work with.

Dr. Ignatius has an excellent bedside manner, is extremely attentive, and is genuinely committed to helping his patients reach their health goals.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely—similar to what you’d wear to the gym. We’ll be assessing your movement patterns and working through exercises, so athletic shorts or leggings and a t-shirt work best.
