Too often the medical community tells you to stop being active at some point. They say you’re too old to squat, jump, run, hike, surf and even perform movements needed to play with your kids! Well, we disagree. I just want to leave you with one question:

The first visit is 60 minutes long. We will get down to the root of your problem, start your treatment, and take you step by step through how we will start to solve your problem for good to get you back to your active lifestyle. At the end of your first visit, you and your Doctor will discuss your best course of ongoing treatments in Phase I which is typically between 8-12 sessions over the course of 3 months.
All follow up appointments are an hour long and we typically see people once a week during the course of their plan to make sure we are making the progressions you are expecting!
The Return to Golf Physical Therapy Program is designed to not only improve your pain limitations on the golf course, but also improve your golf specific mobility & power along the way! These programs are all led by your Doctor of Physical Therapy who are also TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Certified. This program is designed for golfers at any level from weekend warriors to professionals dealing with pain or stiffness.
Our Physical Therapy programs for CrossFit are all led by Doctors of Physical Therapy who not only follow CrossFit programs for their own training, but are also CF-L1 certified. We understand the movements as well as the limitations that can be caused by them. This program will help you improve whatever mobility, strength, or stability problems you have to get you back under the bar and hitting PR’s in the gym pain free.
The Return to running Physical Therapy program is designed to decrease your pain with running, while improving your running mechanics, form, and strength. This program will set you up for long term success with running specific strength training to keep you on the pavement or trails for as long as possible.
This Return to the Gym Program has been designed by the Performance Doctors of Physical Therapy. Designed specifically to allow those who are having pain with squats, deadlifts, lunges, bench press, etc… to get back to the gym and doing these movements pain free.
One on One For A Full Hour With Your Doctor, Every Visit
To ensure that you receive the highest level of care possible, each treatment you will spend one hour of high quality, individualized, 1 on 1 care from your designated doctor of physical therapy. You will never be treated by a rehab aid or assistant.
24 Hour Response Time
When we say we’re 100% committed to your entire rehab process, we mean it. During your rehab process and in between visits you will have direct access to your physical therapists if you have questions.
You’ll Never Get a Bill From Us Months Later After Your Visit
Many physical therapy clinics will send out a bill months after your rehabilitation is complete. With The Movement Schopp you will never be surprised by a bill you were not anticipating.
You’re More Than A Diagnosis or Injury
